Hey!  I’m Cathy of Cat’s Candy and I just love to make candy.  The only thing I love more is knowing someone else is enjoying what I have made.  I was raised by a home economics teacher and have spent much of my life cooking.  After teaching school for 34 years, I am ready to try my hand at something else.  So here it is!  From caramel to chocolate to divinity, it is all candy and I love it!
